Mary G. Gilmour, 81, of Syracuse, passed away on Tuesday at the Jewish Home of Central New York. Mary was born in Syracuse, on November 11, 1938, daughter of the late Charles and Marion Murray. Mary retired from M & T Bank. Mary enjoyed gardening, retail therapy and cooking.
She is survived by her loving husband, Ronald Gilmour; son, James Parry; daughter, Karen Laning; sisters, Judy (John) Holcomb, Susan (Peter) von Zwehl; step-daughter, Allison L. (Lorne) Ernst; grandchildren, Katie, Mary Kate, Chelsea, Nathan; great granddaughter, Delilah; son-in-law, Jim Ward. She was predeceased by a daughter Christine Ward.
A celebration of Mary's life will be held at a later date.
