Mary Lou is survived by the love of her life, her devoted husband Pasquale J. Moriniti. Together, they shared nearly 74 years of marriage—a milestone they would have celebrated on August 4th. Their bond was a living example of the vows they made so long ago—to love one another through better or worse, in sickness and in health. Even as Mary Lou faced the challenges of dementia in her later years, Pasquale never left her side. His daily visits, constant presence, and quiet devotion were a powerful reflection of a love that endured through every season of life.
She is also survived by her three daughters: Joyce Harvey, Gayle Brisbin (and her husband Tony Chatt), and Therese Christian; her daughter-in-law,Sally Moriniti (wife of the late Wayne R. Moriniti); eight grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, and foster children, includingTherese Brown Crisp and Joe Brown; and her sister-in-law, Beverly Ripka.
Mary Lou’s unwavering love for family, her strength, and her warmth touched all who knew her. She opened her heart and home to many and will be remembered for her generous spirit and loving presence.
