Maxine A. Dinet

Maxine A. Dinet, 90 of North Syracuse passed away peacefully on January 3, 2026 surrounded by her loving family.

She was predeceased by her parents, Kathryn and Frederick Mautz, her husband, Paul and sister & brother-in-law, Sally and Frank Dinet.

She was a lifelong Syracuse resident. She graduated from CCBI business school and retired from United Parcel Service where she worked in their Accounting Department for many years.

Maxine is survived by her six children, Michael (Mary Eileen), Howard (Denise), Lisa (Bill), Paula (Mark), Tim, Sherry (Jim); daughter-in-law, Amy L. Dinet and many grandchildren, great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.

She was an animal and bird lover and, along with her husband, an auto racing and horse racing enthusiast.

She will be dearly missed by family and friends.

Calling hours will be held on Monday, January 12, 2026 4PM-7PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main Street, N. Syracuse

Her Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 13, 2026 at 10am at St. Rose Of Lima Church, 409 S. Main Street, N. Syracuse with interment to follow in North Syracuse Cemetery.
