Minnie M. Hickson, 97, of Syracuse, passed away on Saturday at Central Park Nursing Home. She was born on May 7, 1916 Dillons, SC. She was a Syracuse Police Officer for many years, donated a lot of her time to Catholic Charities and was a member of the Eastern Star, the Masons and the Peace Organization.
Surviving are her nephews, including Michael (Sherry) Washington, great nieces & nephews.
Calling hours will be held on Wednesday from 10:30-11:30am at Bethany Baptist Church, 149 Beattie St., Syracuse, with services to follow.
