Nicholas J. Fedele

Nicholas J. Fedele, 58, of Cicero, passed away September 10, 2026 after a long battle with health issues. Nick was born in Syracuse, New York on July 23, 1968 to Nicholas and Mary Fedele. Nick worked as registered nurse in the Syracuse community for 35 years, the last 19 at the Veterans Administration Hospital in Syracuse.

In his free time, Nick enjoyed attending church; he was involved as a teacher in the mens' group and as a greeter. His greatest joy as a Christian was studying the Word, writing and teaching practical biblical truth. Nick enjoyed building 3D wooden models and complex Legos as a hobby. He was an avid reader and gamer, and loved to listen to music (especially Christian heavy metal). Nick also enjoyed crossword puzzles and was a movie buff.  Nick greatly valued time he spent with family and friends. Time was short, and he made the most of it. 

He was preceded in death by his parents Mary Ann and Nicholas M. Fedele.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Judy L. Fedele, two daughters, Jaime L.(Chris) Gentile and their daughter Romi; daughter Delia J. Fedele; two brothers, John Fedele and Anthony Fedele, three nephews and one niece.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Sunday, September 20, 2026 at 2:00 pm at Redeemer Church, 3217 E. Genesee Street, Syracuse, NY 13214.

A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 am on Monday, September 21, 2026 at White Chapel Memory Gardens, 6633 Kinne Rd., Dewitt.
