Noreen McFaddin

Noreen McFaddin, 86, of North Syracuse, passed away September 16, 2026. Noreen was born in Malone, New York, on November 4, 1939, to George and Nettie Cooley. She was a graduate of Franklin Academy in Malone, New York, Class of 1958. Noreen married William Lafayette McFaddin on September 2, 1962. William passed away in 2011.

Noreen and William were blessed with three children, Cole William McFaddin, who passed away in 2009.

She is survived by her children, Jill (Bob)Hampsey, and Marty McFaddin; grandchildren, Cole McFaddin Jr. (Morgan), Billy Hampsey, and Cory McFaddin (Amanda); and her great-grandchildren, Myla Rose McFaddin, Jamie, Caden McFaddin, Case McFaddin, and Cole McFaddin III; and her daughter in law, Melissa. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as her niece and best friend, Marcy.

Noreen was an avid gardener, reader, and collector. She treasured time spent with her family and friends and will be lovingly remembered by all who knew her.
