Patricia Bodah, 67, of Syracuse passed away after a short illness. She retired from the Upstate Medical Library after 35 years. Patty was a wonderful wife, sister, daughter and friend and will be missed dearly, especially by her husband and her "Boys", Jordan and Grey as well as all her family and friends. Patty was predeceased by her father, Anthony Valerio.
Patty is survived by her husband, Steven "Dewey" Bodah; mother, Jean Valerio; brother Albert (Julie) Valerio; sister, Kathy Valerio; uncle, Ralph Dobson; Godson, Devon Crane and his mother Sherri Odell of Atlanta, GA; special friend, Sue Giampa; and several cousins.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday 4-7PM at New Comer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse. A service will follow at 7.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Patty's lifelong favorite charity, St. Jude Children Research at www.stjude.org/donate.
