Patricia Graham, born September 10, 1937, of Syracuse, passed away on Sunday after a courageous battle with MS.
She was predeceased by a sister, Sandy Herkala and her parents, Grace and Earl Pickard.
Patricia is survived by her brother, David (Andie) Pickard; sister, Diane (Michael) Visconti; brother-in-law, William Herkala; nieces, Michelle (Mike Rost) Avni and Catherine (Ian) Ripmaster; nephews, David (Muffet) Herkala, Donald (Cecelia) Pickard, Charlie Pickard and Chris Herkala and several great-nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held in the near future. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to Francis House.
