Patricia E. Hedgecock

Patricia E. Hedgecock, 82, of Camden, passed away July 20, 2025. Patricia was born in Rome, New York on February 6, 1943 to Alfred and Nellie Balcom. Patricia retired from Griffiths Air Force Base where she had been employed as a secretary for about 28 years. In her free time, she enjoyed arts and crafts, diamond art, crocheting, cooking and loved her pugs Peanut and Cocoa. She enjoyed spending time with her family especially her grandkids.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Alan Balcom and Richard Balcom.

She is survived by her husband of 62 years, Grover L. Hedgecock of Camden, a son, Grover L (Tammie) Hedgecock II of Hastings; daughter, Heather (Josh) House of Hastings; Two Grandsons, Ethan House, Christian Radziscski; brother, Jerry Balcom of Williamstown; five Sisters, Linda (Frank) Blocker of Alabama, Marianne (Eddie) Langdon of Alabama, Judy Balcom of Alabama, Joanne (Wayne) Buyea of Canastota, Carole (Matthew) Herrala of Camden; numerous nieces and nephews.

A Celebration of Life will be held at a time to be determined.
