Patrick L. Smith, 57, passed away on July 19th after a brief illness.
Surviving are his mother Barbara J Smith (VanAuken); his brothers Ronald Smith, Jay Smith and a half brother Lonnie Riznyk; 2 sisters, Joy Imbessi and Gay Durand; and multiple nieces and nephews, as well as great nieces and nephews.
There will be a memorial tree planting service on September 29th with further details to be posted.
