Phillip J. Cipriani Jr, 61, of Syracuse, passed away Friday. Born in Syracuse, he worked for New Process Gear and later, Crouse Hinds.
He is survived by his sister, Linda (Edward) Chappell; nephew, Nicholas Chappell; several cousins; and long time friend, June Staley. Services will be Wednesday, 12 Noon at New Comer Family Funeral Home. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery. Calling hours will be 10-12 Noon, Wednesday at the funeral home, North Syracuse.
