Phyllis is survived by her parents, Keith and Carrie Congdon; 2 sisters, Cheyenne and Zoey Congdon; 1 brother, Xandir Jock; grandparents, Thomas and Laurie Pilcher and Judy and Mark Cicora; grandfather, Brian Congdon; 3 Aunts, Sara and Taylor Cicora and Elizabeth Moore; 3 Uncles, Zachery Congdon, Jeremy and Jason Pilcher and several cousins.
