Born in Syracuse on March 30th, 1994 to Robbie Mitchell and Joella Fulwiley.
Raquan was a young man with so much to give and so much love in his heart. You were one of two and those two were the best part of me. I think of you everyday. That smile you gave, the no nonsense attitude you gave off. You will be missed by all those you shined your light on. May you rest easy my beloved son.
He is survived by his parents; fiancé, Kanisha; brother, Ramire; sister, Teosha; cousin, Shamall and uncle, Terry. Services will remain private.
