Remalda (Rem) A. Tuttle
January 10, 2014
Remalda A. (Zepp) Tuttle, 82, of Clay, NY, was called to her true home in heaven, on Friday. She was last employed at M.S. Kennedy for 28 years retiring in 2008 at the age of 77. She was a communicant of Sacred Heart Church, Cicero and she volunteered at their bingo games for many years. She was also a member of the Altar Rosary Society at Sacred Heart Church. Remalda enjoyed her family most of all, especially the babies, loved animals, and always remained active, enjoying things such as: cooking, giving recipes to her loved ones, sewing, crocheting, (especially snowflakes), eating out, gardening, hitting up garage sales, roller skating, motorcycling, parasailing, hot air ballooning, white water rafting, boating and bowling. Remalda was always optimistic despite life's challenges, had a great sense of humor, loved a good joke or story and always found time to encourage others and make them laugh. She was well known for her numerous hats and fondly referred to as the "Hat Lady". She always found ways to support and comfort others no matter what she had on her own plate. Remalda was a great listener, and always a "Mom", even till the end!
She was predeceased by her husband, Joseph, in 1975 and her son, Scott, in 1983--Cynthia's twin.
Surviving are her daughter, Cynthia (Robert) Neupert, Sr., 2 sons: David (Sharon) Tuttle, Bruce (Ann) Tuttle, daughter-in-law, Elaine Tuttle, her sister, Jennie Brauchle, a niece Karen (Ron)Stuhler & family, a nephew Skip (Barb)Zepp & family, many other nieces and nephews, 6 grandchildren: Cari (Mark)McBroom, Mickey (Jennifer)Tuttle,Sheri Tuttle ,Stephen Tuttle, David (Rene)Neupert, Robert, Jr. (Rachel) Neupert, and 9 great grandchildren.
