Richard 'Dick' Willis, of Clay, passed away Monday.
Born on March 25, 1948 to the late Eugene and Louise (Powell) Willis.
Dick retired from Carrier Corp after 38 years.
Survivors include his loving wife of 31 years, Linley Willis; his children, Robert (Melanie), Scott (Tina), Diane (Tim) Woods, Troy (Melissa) Dickinson and Tabitha (Tom) Vallat; 11 grandchildren and two brothers, James and Gary.
Calling hours will be 2-4PM Saturday with a funeral service following at 4pm at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse.
Donations may be made to Hospice of CNY or Francis House.
