Richard Lee Cardinell , 66, of N. Syracuse, passed away Sunday at St. Joseph's Hospital.
Richard lived at a group home through Enable.
He is survived by 1 sister, Shirley (Alfred) Scotti of Las Vegas, 5 brothers, James (Harriette), Lawrence (Grace), Robert, Gary, and William, all of Syracuse, and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 3pm to 5 pm on Friday with funeral services following at 5pm at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse.
