Robert A. Ptak

Robert A. Ptak, 67 of Mattydale, NY, passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. Born in Syracuse, NY on August 23, 1959 to the late Bert and Mary Ptak.

 He worked at NAPA Auto Parts in North Syracuse. He loved the Buffalo Bills, SU Basketball and playing the drums.

 He is survived by his wife of 10 years, Theresa Ptak; children, Bobby J, David Lambertson, Tom Lambertson, Alicia Lambertson, Mary Lambertson, Morgan Lambertson and Lee Ketaily; several grandchildren; sister, Marguerite “Midge” Vinciguerra and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Also, many wonderful friends, especially, Larry Pittorf and Gary Reynolds.  

 Predeceased by his siblings, Gerry and Dan.

 Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals on Thursday, October 29, 2026 from 4-6pm.

 In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to a local food pantry.
