Rosemarie Mary Carmen, 81, of Syracuse, passed away January 4, 2022. Rose was born in Cherry Valley, New York on November 2, 1940. In her free time, she enjoyed crocheting, traveling, was loved by all who met her, and had a heart of gold. She was always willing to give a helping hand.
She is survived by her love of over 40 years, Robert Douka.
