Rosemary Ostrowski

Rosemary "Rose" Ostrowski passed away November 30th, 2023 after a decade long battle with multiple cancer diagnoses. She was born on December 25th 1962 in Vestal, NY, and during her life on earth showed her strength, continuously.

Rose was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend. She was a strong, kind, and beautiful woman who touched the lives of everyone who knew her. Her smile and laugh were contagious, and you could feel her love and laughter fill a room when she was in it.

Rose is survived by her husband of almost 40 years, Michael Ostrowski; her three children, Kristen (Zachary), Matthew, and Lauren; and her two grandchildren, Dylan and Andrew. Rose is also survived by her four siblings Larry, John, Cathy, and Ruth; and her parents, Elizabeth and Maurice Eichhorn.

Rose made a difference in the world through each of the lives she has touched, always showing her love, support, and kindness to others. Rose always knew the right things to say when you need it most, and you could always count on her to make you laugh and give you a comforting, warm hug. She will be deeply missed by all who knew her, especially her family and friends.

Visitation for Rosemary will be on December 6, 2023 from 4:00pm - 7:00pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals in North Syracuse. Funeral Mass will be held on December 7, 2023 at 10:00am at St. Rose of Lima.
