Roy S. Hamblin, 83, formerly of Delphi Falls, NY and Apopka, FL, passed away on Tuesday at the Chittenango Center. He was born in Montague, NY son of the late Roy and Elsie Mae Hamblin. Roy was a recreational pilot, enjoyed fishing and the outdoors.
Roy was predeceased by his beloved wife, Janice Hamblin in 2013.
He is survived by his brother, Robert, 3 sisters, Helen, Audrey & Patricia.
Services will be held at a later date and will be private.
