Sandra C. Rice, 60, of North Syracuse, passed away February 6, 2024. Sandra was born on July 21, 1963 to the late Richard and Marian Rice. She worked for K-Mart and TJ Maxx.
Sandra was predeceased by her sister, Kathy Rice.
She leaves behind two sisters, Linda Donnelly of Illinois and Alicia Trathen of Liverpool, NY; three nieces and nephews, Zachary King, Megan King and Nicholas King.
