Scott M. Travers

Scott M. Travers, 59, of Syracuse, passed away August 30, 2026. Scott was born in Syracuse, New York on March 17, 1967 to Michael and Janet Travers. In his free time, he played football, basketball, baseball, softball and wrestling. His favorite teams were the Dallas Cowboys and the New York Yankees. He enjoyed spending time with family and friends. His favorite holiday to celebrate was St. Patrick's Day.

He was preceded in death by his father, Michael Travers in 2002.

He is survived by his mother, Janet Travers of Cicero; two Sons, Scott Travers Jr. of North Carolina; Alexander Travers of NY; two sisters, Kelly (John) Lorenzo of Clay; Kim Cornell of Cicero ; two brothers, Robert Travers of Westvale, Chris Travers of Baldwinsville and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may call on Friday, September 11, 2026 from 4:00 pm-6:00 pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., North Syracuse. A funeral service will follow at 6:00 pm.
