Sherry L. Harrington

Sherry L. Harrington, born on July 13, 1967, in Syracuse, New York, passed away on March 28, 2025. A dynamic individual known for her vibrant personality and passion for life, Sherry embraced every moment with enthusiasm and a warm smile. She was a dedicated over-the-road tractor trailer driver for Leonard's Express Trucking Company for many years, showcasing her strong work ethic and adventurous spirit.

Sherry's educational journey began at North Syracuse High School, and she furthered her studies by graduating from NTTS in 2013. Her achievements reflected her determination and commitment to personal and professional growth.

Known for her zest for life, Sherry was a thrill seeker who lived on the edge. She loved fiercely and unconditionally, especially her son and her partner, Dan Fisher. Together, they shared countless memories and adventures, always finding joy in each other's company. Sherry also had a profound affection for nature, animals (especially her cats) and water; her boat served as her safe haven where she could connect with the beauty of the outdoors.

Sherry is survived by her loving sister, Vicki (Al) Runions, as well as her niece and nephews, who will carry forward her spirit and legacy. She is also remembered fondly by her lifelong friend, Sandy Arroway, and Sandy's family, who were an important part of her life.

Sherry now joins her beloved family in eternal rest, including her parents, Russell and Patricia Harrington, and her siblings, Colleen and Janice Harrington, along with her only child, Jameson Harrington.

A burial service will be held on April 14, 2025, at 10:00 AM at West Monroe Cemetery, located on Route 49 in West Monroe, New York. Friends and loved ones are invited to come together to celebrate Sherry's life and the cherished moments shared among those who knew her.
