Stephen D. Monnet

Stephen D. Monnet, 68 of Syracuse, NY, passed away on Sunday, July 5, 2026. He was born in Syracuse, NY on November 17, 1957 to the late George L. and Margaret (LaFlair) Monnet.

 He proudly served his country in the U.S. Army and the U.S. Air Force.

 Steve was a carpenter and a truck driver for many years. He loved playing his guitars, riding his motorcycles and enjoying a Corona beer.

 He is survived by his sons, Stephen (Hallie) Monnet of Cabot, Arkansas and Victor (Perry Dawn) Monnet of Searcy, Arkansas; grandchildren, Kaylynn and Kaleb; brother, Michael (Kathy) Monnet of Albany, NY; sisters, Peggy (William) Finch and Karen (James) Lathrop, both of Syracuse.

 Services will be private.
