Teresa M. Wioncek

Teresa M. Wioncek, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister and friend, passed away on October 7, 2025, in Syracuse, NY. Born on May 28, 1962, in Oswego, NY, Teresa was known for her selfless nature and love for her family. She devoted her life to raising her children and became a proud matriarch, helping to raise her grandchildren, whom she cherished deeply.

Her sweet tooth, especially for Little Debbies, translated into a passion for baking that brought joy to those around her. She was a warm presence in the lives she touched, always putting the needs of others before her own.

Teresa is survived by her three children, Alisha Armstrong, Edward Wioncek, and Tori Dobies; seven grandchildren, Kearra Armstrong, Destiny Armstrong, Kyle Armstrong, Alexis Andujar, Jianni Dobies, Grayson Wioncek, and Scarlett Wioncek; and two great-grandchildren, Tylan Griffin and Azylah Andujar; her two brothers, Ron McNeil and Bob McNeil; her sister, Renee Rush; and several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Dorothy Pelkey; father, Robert McNeil; stepfather, Richard Pelkey; and her best friend, Penny Gigliotti.

Calling hours will be held on October 17, 2025, from 3 - 4PM, followed by a funeral service at 4PM, both taking place at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, located at 705 N Main St, Syracuse, NY 13212.
