Thomas E. Rathburn, 56, of Syracuse passed away January 24th.
He was a graduate of Bishop Ludden and the University of Michigan. He is predeceased by his parents, Jack and Rosemary; sisters, Linda Nellis and Carol Scaringi.
He is survived by a brother, James (Janet) Rathburn and their son, Jamie, and his daughter Jasmine; niece, Melinda (Bob) Milne and their sons, Adam and Jesse; and companion Debbie Tuffley.
Services were private.
