Thomas Ellsworth Sampson, 93, of Cicero, passed away September 29, 2018.
Thomas was born in Worcester, Massachusetts on December 25, 1924 to the late Myron and Janet Sampson.
He joined the U.S. Marines at age 17, and was a Veteran of WWII. It was during this time that he met and married his first wife, Catherine Germaine Bryan. He later worked at Diebold for many years. He was an avid Red Sox fan.
He was preceded in death by his second wife, Mary.
He is survived by his Daughter, Lynn F (Bill) Myers and Son, Thomas Jeffery Sampson; Grandchildren, Brian Rice, Tyler (Petrina) Myers, Lindsay Myers, Kelsey Sampson and a Great Grandson, Leo; As well as several nieces and nephews.
There will be no calling hours and funeral services will be private.
