Thomas A. Witz, 85 of Cicero, NY, passed away on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. He was born in Syracuse, NY on May 6, 1941 to the late Lawrence and Rosemary (King) Witz.
He loved hunting and spending time with his family and friends. He was a proud and active member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Cicero.
Survived by his children, Edward (Stacey) Witz, John Witz and Kathleen Witz-Sweeney; grandchildren, Jeffrey, Matthew, Jake, Kayla, Jessica, Erin, Megan and Keira; great-grandchildren, Cecilia and Matthew; siblings, Paul (Anne) Witz, James (Deborah) Witz and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Thomas is predeceased by his wife, Patricia and siblings, Lawrence Jr., Edward, Arthur and John Witz.
Calling hours will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals on Tuesday, September 1, 2026 from 4-7pm.
Funeral Services will be held at New Comer Cremations & Funerals on Wednesday, September 2, 2026 at 10am.
Burial will follow at North Syracuse Cemetery.
