Victor L. Barkley
1944 — 2025
Victor L. Barkley, 80, of North Syracuse, passed away on Saturday, June 7, 2025 from a short illness.
Born in Belleville, NY and he moved to Bridgeport, New York where he attended North Syracuse High School. He served in the Army and then worked at Carrier/UTC Corp until he retired.
Surviving are his wife, Cecelia, of 55 years; son, Christopher; daughter, Cassandra; three grandchildren, Michael, Brett and Makenna; brother, Morgan and sister, Faye; and an uncle to several nieces and nephews.
