Victoria E. Blount, 68, of Oneida, passed away peacefully Thursday with her family by her side. Her lively spirit touched many lives and she will be greatly missed.
She was predeceased by her daughter Cindy Menickelly-Houde.
Victoria is survived by her son, Rick (Mary) Menickelly; her daughter, Sara Blount; six grandchildren and one great grandson; one brother; four sisters; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be private.
