William "Bill" Marshall

William "Bill" Marshall, 78, of Cicero, passed away Thursday, surrounded by family, after a long illness.
He was born Oct. 27, 1934 in Syracuse, the son of the late Douglas Marshall and Katherine (Kinney) Marshall Bowman. Bill served in the U.S. Army from 1957-1963. Married Eileen Gwilt in 1960 and they were married for 52 years. Bill was a proud Teamster Truck Driver for over 50 years. He was a member of American Legion Post 787 in Cicero.
Predeceased by his brother, Albert "Burt" Marshall.
Survivors include his wife, Eileen Marshall; his children, Andrea Marshall-Money (Dan) and Michael (Cathy) Marshall; two grandchildren, Alex Marshall and Tara Marshall; two very close friends, Fred Morrissey and Pat Brown and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be 2:00-5:00PM Sunday at New Comer Funeral Home, North Syracuse. Mass will be 9:30AM Monday at Sacred Heart Church of Cicero.
Interment The Valley Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
