Francine (Migdal) Pendall- 53 of Syracuse, NY passed away on 7/15/17 after along courageous battle from several health issues. Francine was born on March 19, 1963 in Syracuse, NY to Louis and Joyce Migdal.
She was an avid Redskins and Red Sox fan, she enjoyed going to the casino and playing bingo, and she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. Anyone who knew her, knew she was a very kind and loving person with a heart of gold. She was always willing to help anyone in need. Her loss will be greatly felt by all of her family and friends.
She is predeceased by her father Louis J. Migdal. She is survived by her husband, Paul; her children, Paul (Micael), Starr, and Ashley; her grandchildren, Louis, Dakota, Mya, Ithan, Carson, and Emmi; her mother, Joyce Migdal; sisters, Karen Rush, Laurie (Jeff) Cook, Anna Migdal, Shannon (Ken) Scott; and a brother, Jay (Trina) Migdal; several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
