Born in Syracuse to the late George and Mary Jane Dickinson.
He work for over 20 years with the DPW of Syracuse.
Gerald is survived by his children, Shannon Dickinson, Justin Otts, Jessica Dickinson and Jeremy Dickinson; grandchildren, Jaylynn, Aaliyah and Lilianna. Sisters, Susan Whalen, Janet Arnold and Maryland Dickinson. Brother, Stevie Dickinson and William Dickinson. Several nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Predeceased by two brothers.
Predeceased by his wife, Cora and his son, Gerald Jr.
Calling hours will take place at New Comer Funeral Home, N. Syracuse, Wednesday from 4-7PM.
Funeral Service will follow at 7PM.
Burial will remain private.
