Dennis J. Landherr, 69, of Syracuse, passed away Friday with loving family by his side. Dennis was born on November 30, 1948, the son of the late Walter and Martha Landherr. Dennis attended Piedmont Bible College and Empire Baptist Seminary and he attended Northside Church.Dennis retired from Syracuse China, he also worked many years for the IBEW as a journeyman electrician. He was predeceased by his brother Walter.
Dennis is survived by his wife Ruth, daughters, Denise (Darren) Roberts, Dana Landherr, son-in-law, Christopher Jones, grandchildren, Victoria, Jacob, Melissa, Zachary, Caitlyn, Connor, and great granddaughter, Elizabeth, along with many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visiting hours will be held on Thursday from 2-4pm at Newcomer Cremations & Funerals , 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse., with a memorial service at 4pm at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Golisano Children’s Hospital.
