Anne E. Newton, 66, of North Syracuse passed away on Thursday at St. Joseph's Hospital with loving family by her side.

Anne was born on January 18, 1951 in Syracuse the daughter of the late John and Jean Sackett.

Anne enjoyed her trips to North Carolina to visit family. Most of all Anne was all about family. She will be greatly missed. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her two brothers; Chip & Scotty.

Anne is survived by her husband Steven, children; Shay (Elizabeth) Rodriguez, Shannon (Gary, II) Bartlett, Christin (Renata) Newton, David Newton, grandchildren, Trevor, Shawna, David, Crystal, Christopher, Aiden, sisters, Kathleen Sigler, Tracy Davis, along with many other “Adopted” children and friends.

Calling hours will be held on Tuesday from 4-6pm at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, 705 N. Main St., N. Syracuse, with services to follow at 6pm.
