Norma was born in Schenectady, New York on May 17, 1932 to the late William and Ruth Parks.
She was a hardworking, kind hearted, generous woman who loved spending time with her family and friends. She was an excellent cook and loved cooking and baking for family and friends alike.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Angelo M. Tubolino in 2014; siblings, Donald Robert “Bobby” Parks, Barbara Parks and Mildred Dulin.
She is survived by her children, Kathy (Marvin) Meddley, Irma (Tom) Whitham, Mario (Lisa) Tubolino, Theresa (Steve) Lostumbo and Angelo (Jaye) Tubolino; 19 grandchildren: Joe, Tracy, Michael, Tim, Stacy, Jennifer, Vika, Veronika, Vaughn, Mario, Jr., Alisha, Tina, Lakechia, Morgan, Matthew, Shane, Sheena, Lincoln and Carter; 20 great grandchildren; siblings: Billy Parks and Vivian Ryan, as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation will take place Sunday, 1-4 PM at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, N. Syracuse. A funeral mass will take place Monday at 10 AM at Our Lady of Pompei, Syracuse. Burial to follow in White Chapel Memory Gardens.
