Mary Vermillion, 74, died on April 13, 2015 at Crouse Hospital after a long illness. Mary was born on August 24, 1940 to Edward and Anna (Sereluca) Vermillion and was a grocery buyer for S.M. Flickinger Co. (later known as Schrivner).
In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her sister Carmella Jane, brothers-in-law Donald Warwick, Robert Miano, Sr, and Michael Simone.
Mary is survived by her daughter Nancy (Christine), sisters Nancy Miano, Rose Warwick, and Barbara Simone, along with several nieces and nephews.
A mass of Christian burial will be at Assumption Church on Friday April 17 2015 at 12:30 pm with burial in Assumption Cemetery. Calling hours will be held on Thursday April 16 from 4 to 7 pm at Newcomer Funeral Home, 705 N. Main St in North Syracuse.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. 262 Danny Thomas Pl. Memphis, TN 38105
