He loved to barbeque and fish. Carlos had a deep passion for horses.
He is survived by his loving fiancée KaSandra. Parents; Ruben Ortiz and Lourdes Ortiz. Sons; Victor Palmer Ortiz, Miguel Palmer Ortiz, Louie and Natalio Ortiz Cirino. Daughters, Lulu Palmer Ortiz, Maria Foster and Corena Ortiz Cirino. Brothers, Juan Ortiz, Rafael Ortiz, Hector Ortiz, Jonathan Ortiz and Natalio Ortiz. Russell Cirino and Harmony Cirino, several nieces and nephews also survive.
