Bernard C. Felio, Sr., 72, of Pulaski, passed away on Friday. Bernard was born in Hartness, NY to the late Clifton and Dorothy Felio. He moved to Pulaski in the early 1970s and has been there ever since.
Bernard was predeceased by his brothers, Roger, Roland and Larry Felio and a son, Scott Felio.
He is survived by 2 sons, Bernard (Lisa) Felio, Jr. and Shane (Karen) Felio; 10 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; sister, Carolyn Penn; brother, Norman Felio and several nieces and nephews.
