Thomas was born in Syracuse, New York on November 10, 1951 to the late Thomas and Carmetta McCord.
A Vietnam veteran, Thomas retired from Onondaga County Highway Department. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and being outdoors in his free time.
He is survived by his Wife of 43 years, Judy McCord; Sons, Thomas J. (Jennifer) McCord, Chris M. (Nicole) McCord, Kevin J. (April) McCord; 7 Grandchildren, Kevin, Chris, Tommy, Kerstin, Kailey, Isabella and Caleb; 1 great grandchild on the way and 3 siblings.
There will be no services.
