Cheryl Vogt, 77, of Liverpool, passed away February 17, 2020.

Cheryl was born in Alton, Illinois on January 29, 1943 to the late Frank and Helen Schelm. She was an avid SU fan, animal lover, and devout catholic. She cherished her friendships and never met a stranger. Most importantly she loved spending time with and taking care of her family.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Donald Schelm; sister, Barbara Young. She is survived by her husband of 57 years, John Vogt; two daughters, Jill (Michael) Kirk, and Leigh Ann Vogt; son, Robert Vogt; and a grandson, Conor Kirk.

Calling hours will take place Saturday from 10am-12pm with a service to follow at New Comer Cremations & Funerals, North Syracuse. Memorial contributions may be made to St Jude's Children's Hospital.
