Joseph V. “Joe” Kosloski, 84, of Syracuse, passed away on Sunday at St. Joseph’s Hospital surrounded by his loving family. Joseph was born in Syracuse on January 4, 1938 son of the late Michael and Leona Kosloski. Joseph served in the US Navy and retired from O'Brien & Gear in Syracuse. Joe always loved spending time with his friends and family especially his grandchildren. He also enjoyed having coffee early mornings at Denny’s. People will always remember Joe for his whistling and his upbeat outlook of life. Joseph was predeceased by his grandson Jamie Kosloski.

He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years Lorrie Kosloski, 3 children, Brian Kosloski, Michele LaFlair, Eric (Heather) Kosloski, 6 grandchildren, Alisa, Justin, Jennifer, Morgan, Sydney, Wade, 3 great grandchildren, Jayda, Jewel, Carson, sister, Frannie Gerharz, along with many nieces and nephews.

Services will be private at the convenience of the family.
