Betty was born and raised on the Northside of Syracuse, where after graduating from North High, she married her neighborhood sweetheart, Ray. A special thank-you to all the staff at Elderwood who provided loving and professional care to Betty for the past 2 years. She will be remembered for her outgoing personality and love for the simple things in life.
